In the case of collecting information for infrastructure improvements, it’s not that there aren’t people trying to do this already, or that there aren’t pockets of applications to help make this easier for our municipalities – it’s that many of the data stores aren’t well known, widely available and more critically shared.
BAQON will accelerate collaboration, communication, learning and gaming development where experiences persist and remain contextualized through open, interoperable web services.
Harold’s thesis, to me, at its core is one of how to manage the knowledge. He’s throwing it all in the same sink, which is fine at a high level, but when you get down to it there are deeper dives… I posit that the deeper dives are where we find bigger, fundamental challenges.
