Dennis gets me to offer up my needling qualms with IeL09 (mainly Will Wright shoulda spoke all day and I shouldn’t ever follow Will Wright with a presentation of my own).
Dennis then switches gears and gets me to go deeper into what I was presenting on. Basically:
- I have a strategy for how knowledge flows through an organization, leveraging every channel for continuous improvement.
- This strategy involves a heavy leverage of social and community technologies, knowledge management principles and good analysis of the knowledge exchanges and requests taking place to place the best bets for formal learning’s impact on performance.
